Booking Policy: Our booking policy is non-negotiable to make each customer’s experience smooth, so please read everything prior to booking your appointment

• When booking an appointment we require a $100 non-refundable deposit

• The deposit is deducted from your total service cost on the day of your appointment. The remaining balance is collected on the day of your appointment. All payment forms are subject to Taxes.

• If the appointment is cancelled within a 48 hour window of your appointment your deposit will be non-transferrable in addition to being non-refundable.

• If you no show on the day of your appointment, you will be charged a non-refundable fee of $100 plus HST with the card on file.

• Appointments are typically booked back to back and we give each person adequate time for their appointment. If you are running more than 20 mins late for your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.

• Please account for traffic and distance to appointment when driving to your appointment so you are not late.

• All treatment and product purchases, payments and deposits are non-refundable.
